Job description: A dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide personalized support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis, assisting with various tasks related to customer inquiries and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage large amount of incoming phone calls.
• Collects and enters a large number of product orders on company’s CRM.
• Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build relationships and trust with customer accounts
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.
• Ability to follow up to ensure problem resolution.
• Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns

Start date:June 24, 2024

Position hours: Monday to Friday (minimum of 20 hours required). You are free to set your own hours.

Salary: $21.45/hour.
